Sure, that would be a greate thing to have. And guess what - the
OpenGroupware.org guys created a customized Knoppix for their project, that
is available at http://www.opengroupware.org/en/knoppix/.

I'd be interested to help to create such a customized Knoppix version, but I
don't think we need the default Knoppix as base, cause it ships way to much
software. Therefore a very small version of Knoppix (50-200 MB) would meet
the needs. Thus this Knoppix could fit on a business-card-sized CD and/or
USB-stick. I'll try to create such a knoppix...
