[Typo3-dev] Where should I place user backup module in the BE

It really fits. It looks logical if "backup" is placed under "tools" and
"tools" under "user tasks"

But I' not sure if this is correct usage of "task center", cause what I will
need is to be able to enable/disable the module and tables in user access
lists. ???

I have to check this one.
