[Typo3-dev] Where should I place user backup module in the BE

 Create your own section and add your module to it!

 btw I wonder why the Tools section is still only accessible for admins
 while it would be easy to manage this section with the default rights
 management anyway (as you can see by the "AWStats for non-admins"
 threads)? Am I missing something?
