[Typo3-dev] Where should I place user backup module in the BE

Although there is "Tools" section, this section is not accessible to regular
users, but for admins only.

If I wish to make a tool module accessible to users (currently those are
stats and backup), where should I place it?

Under "Web", in "Web->Functions" - no, cause logically anything under Web
has navtree, which I dont need here.

User - is for user settings and config.

Help - no.

Other main module called "User Tools"???

What do you suggest as gui savvys?
