[Typo3-dev] TemplaVolia utf-8 problem with korean

Hi devs

I'm currently working on a swedish/english/korean site.
UTF-8 has been my blessed saviour!

During the process I believe I have found a little bug in the TV page 
module.

Take a look at this screenshot:

To me it looks like the headers in the TV page module gets 
misinterpreted. Not that I know what a single one of these characters 
mean, they still doesn't look like korean to me... ;-)

The site is running 3.6.1, forcecharset = utf-8, MySQL 4.0.16-standard, 
Apache/1.3.28, PHP4.3.1, freebsd4.8-RELEASE.
