Just curious: Is this really neccessary?
Always has this bad taste concerning "Vereins-Meierei" ;)
(Someone officially being responsible and not doing a good job but still
in charge, stiffy strutures...)

Uh, that's a lot. Like I mentioned in my previous post, a dual-pricing
way maybe a good idea to honour the uncommercial background of an open
source project.
(btw.: That was also done by the CCC on it's congresses for some years
now, afaik)
