[Typo3-dev] xhtml compliancy in getTypoLink()

Hello,
we have had the discussion about the extension development guide a 
little before and as a consequence, a wiki is now set up at 
http://wiki.typo3.org . We will make the "proper" announcement a little 
later. There is already some content in it, so maybe you could focus on 
creating the documentation in there? I think this would help us all.
