i somehow got it to work now. i used
http://typo3.org/extensions/repository/list/?tx_extrepmgm_pi1[show]=langdoc
and then
http://typo3.org/extensions/repository/list/?tx_extrepmgm_pi1%5Bshow%5D=langdoc -
finally, the page came up.

strange...
