[Typo3-dev] Visibility Settings: Include Subpages inconsistent?

Hi,

The "Include Subpages" page access checkbox option appears when you edit 
a page header, but does not appear when you edit the page "visibility 
settings" from the popup menu in the page list tree.  Is this a bug, 
oversight or a feature?  I'm using 3.6.0R1.
