[Typo3-dev] Triggering an action after succesful login of fe_user

its pretty much what i am looking for.

When looking in typo3conf/ext/ 
i currently have just these two dirs,

"automaketemplate" "doc_tut_templselect" 
which are the result of following the turorial.
in pi1 there ist just the file "class.tx_automaketemplate_pi1.php"
which seems not to be the one, you mentioned.

So my question is:

what is the "new login box",
and what do i need to activate it ?
