[Typo3-dev] class.t3lib_tstemplate.php error in 3.6 with static documents

We discovered that in Typo 3.6 the file class.t3lib_tstemplate.php gives an
error with static documents active, when static documents is removed there
is no error.

Our temporary work around was to delete the 3.6 file and use the 3.5 file.
However, the 3.6 file is 52K and the 3.5 is only 34K. We didn't have the
time to go through the file line by line to fix the code and don't know what
the extra 20K of code is. There could be vital info that will be missing.

Has anybody else come across this problem or is it a bug that needs to be
fixed?
