[Typo3-dev] RFC: New access control options

OK, this is what I will do:

- I will make something like
"TYPO3_CONF_VARS['BE']['genericAllowDenyMode']" which sets the value for
"Content Element Type" and "Plugin Selector".
- The value will be "explicitDeny" as default in "config_default.php"
but as you can see easily configurable. This should be acceptable for
security-fans and still make upgrades seemless.
- I will create the mark-all option.


So:
