[Typo3-dev] New features that come from extensions

Hi all,

I was just looking at the extensions page and see that there are some that
would fit well into the main distribution. Examples:


Nested FE groups:
- URL: http://typo3.org/extensions/repository/fenestgrp/
- Subgroups for FE groups. Feature is already available for BE groups so why
  not add this for FE groups, too?

Alttext for images:
- URL: http://typo3.org/extensions/repository/dmc_image_alttext/
- Isn't this a must?

Date2Datetime:
- URL: http://typo3.org/extensions/repository/list/nf_date2datetime/
- Makes sense, doesn't it?!

There are maybe more.

These are only small changes and therefore I wonder whether it makes sense
to keep them as extensions (or turn them into system extensions) or if we
better merge the code into the core.

What do you think?
