[Typo3-dev] bugs.typo3.org broken? smtp.robertlemke.de down?

Hi all,

Get this message when posting a bug

SYSTEM WARNING: fsockopen(): unable to connect to smtp.robertlemke.de:25
PROBLEMS SENDING MAIL TO:
Mailer Error: SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host.

Subsequently posted the bug 5 times, since my guess was that the bug was 
not posted due to this error. Sorry for the dupes, please remove them :-)
