Ok there is I think an other problem here!

Let's split technical solution and functional solution.

First functional:

1. (current) separated storage of be en fe users and groups.
Authorizations can be stored in user records and groups record, not all
settings in users and groups are the same.

2. merged be en fe users and groups storage. Authorization is stored in
groups only. 


Technical:

1. (current) different techniques for fe en be
   no merging possible without reprogramming the backend.
  
2.. one technique for fe en be. 
  With settings you can choose if you want to store be and fe users and
groups in the same or deferent location, e.g.. the same or a differed
table.
