[Typo3-dev] Problem with restricted fe user page links

Hi

When the access in page header of pages setted, the links (menu) to those pages are showed only when the proper fe user login to site (template stuff). Typo also have there options HIde_at_login and show_at_any_login to manage more fe user groups. 

I need to setup in typo, that there will be always all links in menu (also for restricted pages) with no dependencies which user is logged or no user logged in. When the normal user clicks on link that points to restricted he should be redirected to login page (but this is not a problem when i will know how to handle the main problem with this links). So no links hiding for restricted pages.

Pls help how to manage this, is it possible by adjusting template or there is needed changing in backend stuff ?
