[Typo3-dev] Minor Db security idea

Hi Kasper,

 I didn't try to implement it. I was seeking opinions on the point. But I was under the impression that DB connection info was stored in defines rather than variables.

The code you suggested has a little problem. In FE mode you'll have to check wether a BE session is active. Otherwise FE editing won't work as expected. But this could be added as well.
