[Typo3-dev] How to Install the Dev. Version 3.6 of Typo3

Hi there,

 

how do i install the develepment version 3.6 of typo3? I downloaded the
latest version (01.10.03)  from the website, but i get this error:

Our webserver is running about 10 Typo3, there should be nothing wrong with
configuration. 

 

A little explanation would be fine.
