[Typo3-dev] French translation...

Good news everyone !

I had hired another person full time to take care
of our support needs, and she notably translates and corrects
our websites.

She will also design Typo3 templates for our clients in the middle
term ( she is starting to learn ).

This week, she will start translating in French the
Typo3 documentation ( such as the Golive tutorial and
other manuals ).

I would like to know :

1 - What is the best way to proceed for the translation,
is there an automated process online ?

2 - Which manuals should be translated first ?
