[Typo3-dev] Post processing af saving a record

Hi list

here's the deal:

I have some database table that I have created using the Kickstarter.
Whenever I click on Save the current record is saved in the database. But I
would also like to do some post processing. That is, I want some PHP-code to
be executed AFTER that the record has been saved. Is this possible? If not
maybe this is a feature to consider.
