[TYPO3-debian] Packaging some extensions?

The extensions from now should be added to the package because in the 
future the latest versions might not be runnable at all under TYPO3 4.x 
PHP 4.x or 5.x, but only under TYPO3 5.x and PHP 6.x.

You should activate also this settings. Otherwise it is very hard for 
many to guess that this must be set to be able to download extensions 
from TER:

Repository settings
Extension Manager Settings
Enter settings for the Extension Manager. The username and password is 
for connections to the repository (usually TYPO3.org) and the upload 
password is that you would normally use for upload of your extensions.
Security Settings
Enable extensions without review (basic security check):
