[TYPO3-debian] stupid question

The typo3-dummy-* packages are for single site installations.
If you want to provide different installations for several users
with a centralized typo3-src you cannot use typo3-dummy-*. You can
use the typo3-src-* packages to provide the centralized src but you
have to setup the instances by hand.

It means that i have not yet checked all stuff in INSTALL.txt.
Its more a reminder to me to do so.
