[TYPO3-debian] debian packages for 4.0.1

Hi guys,

here a small update to the packaging of typo3 done by me...
I updated to version 4.0.2 at this chance.

Ok. First point is done :)
Daniel Baumann replied to my RFS on last Friday.
The delay of one week was a little bit optimistic...

Currently i try to fix the packages so Daniel can upload them to
debian-ftp. Perhaps this can happen tomorrow.
