[TYPO3-debian] debian packages for 4.0.1

hi there!

one or two weeks ago i packaged the new version of typo3 (4.0.1)
into some debian-packages because the latest ones are extremly
old.
i used the control-files made by Christian Leutloff and adopted some
things.

please have a look at the debs and give feedback.

the files can be found at http://www.camlann.de/typo3/
(not apt-gettable).
