[TYPO3-debian] Kein Update/Download via Extension Manager möglich

Is apache running on this virtual debian machine? if so is the curl library 
(.so) included in the httpd.ini file? this could be the problem but its a 
stab in the dark.

Sorry, one more thing:
I tried both variants. Of course is allow_url_fopen in my php.ini on and I
installed php with curl support and switched it active in All
configuration of Typo3. Both failed....
