[Typo3-debian] Visibility of some modules

Hi,

I am a newby in the Linux world and I have some
questions.
I have installed Typo3 on a Debian system and I used
the Debian package.
But I have a problem: Some modules don't want to show
in the backend as: Template, PhpMyAdmin. 
This modules appear in the folder /typo3/ext.

Can someone explain what I should do to have this in
the BE.
