        ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
These were the packages I've been missing - thanx a lot - now everything is
running perfectly fine.

After trying to setup my own postfix with MySQL authentication and Courier
POP3 (which was the original reason to switch from stable to testing) I
found out that 1&1 changed the rootserver features for my package: Now I
have three options to choose from for my mail-setup. One is the 1&1
mailserver, that is working almost perfectly and with a main advantage: I
don't have to care about relay attacks myself anymore! - But even though it
took me just five minutes to setup my new mailaccounts against the two days
I spent to setup a clean sarge system were not completely useless. -> At
least I learned a lot and I guess I will be able to setup a sarge-rootie
based TYPO3 server within 1 hour now. Which is not that bad in case of a
server crash ;-)

Thanx anyway for your and Peter's help

Joey
