[Typo3-debian] typo3 v3.5 - Interesting access problem

Hello Michael!

It's working now! I did the same on a new machine (without to clean the
installation of typo itself) and couldn't reconstruct the error with the
database access. It's working fine now under 3.6.2 but looking forward
due to (I guess) security to upgrade to 3.7.

detailed.
