After adding the lines in httpd.conf and restarting apache I produced 
the error in the TYPO3 3.7.0 Install Tool with 7:phpinfo()

In /var/log/apache# less error.log
the last line is:
[Mon Oct 25 12:14:05 2004] [notice] child pid 14234 exit signal 
Segmentation fault (11)
