[Typo3-debian] Guide for upgrading to mysql above 4.0.18

I'm not a debian guru either, but there is a good outline how to do 
this sort of stuff in the Debian Reference (sections 6.4.7 Mixed 
stable/testing/unstable system and 6.4.10 Port a package to the stable 
system).

Read all before doing it. And, watch out for apt-get builds-dep since 
that may install stuff you don't want.
