[Typo3-debian] Poorly documentation

Hi Michael,
                  I have modified the Debian documentation with the Typo3
Version 3.6.1 source file.
I found it was slightly different for me, so I have updated the document
reflecting my experience.

Michael, I would appreciate if you had a read of it and see if it is fit for
upload, thank you.
The final part with setting the database up I couldn't get to work, though
you may want to comment
this out and update it appropriately if you like.

I shall get back to troubleshooting this problem when I have some time.
At the moment there isn't much of it :-)
