[Typo3-debian] Installation and Upgrade of TYPO3 3.5.0 + 3.6.0

Hi everybody,

Georg Kühnberger has written an interesting mini-howto about the
installation of TYPO3 3.5.0 using the Debian packages. It also describes
how to upgrade to 3.6.0 manually.
