A funny way to debug a configuration ;-)

In /usr/share/doc/apache/examples/ there's the httpd.conf that was used by
default. Please compare it with your current one:

$ diff /usr/share/doc/apache/examples/httpd.conf /etc/apache/httpd.conf

If you don't find the bug, feel free to post the result of the diff right
here.
