[Typo3-debian] Access denied after Installation

Hi, here is a part of my error log:

it says that Symbolic Links are not allowed but in my http.conf are following lines:

    Options +SymLinksIfOwnerMatch -Indexes
    Options +FollowSymLinks
    AllowOverride None
</Directory>

<Directory /var/www/typo3/>
    Options Indexes Includes +FollowSymLinks MultiViews
    AllowOverride None
    Order allow,deny
    Allow from all
    
</Directory>

if i point my browser to my URL i now get an INDEX of / page, but if i try to open the 
index.php the message is page not found (but it is still there)
