[Typo3-debian] wrapper and safe mode

Hi all

I'm having problems with installing graphics magic using open_basedir 
and safe mode.
It seems like the wrapper doesn't execute.

lrwxrwxrwx    1 www-data www-data       25 15 jul 15:46 combine ->
graphicsmagick_wrapper.sh

Any suggestions?
