[Typo3-debian] GDLib2 with Debian Woody

GdLib2 is included in Debians stable branch. Just use something like 
"apt-cache search libgd" and "apt-cache search php4-gd" and install packages 
that
sound useful. (php4-gd and php4-gd2 for example. ) don't forget to "apachectl 
restart".
