[Typo3-debian] typo3 "3.6RC2" on debian sarge

Additional note! 
If allowed to set dormant long enough typo3-3.5 will prompt to refresh
login. This never happens with typo3-3.6. Simply get "Login-error No user
logged in! Sorry, I can't proceed then! (You must have cookies enabled!)"
when clicking on any navigation link. And yes cookies are installed and the
cookie does get placed.
