[Typo3-debian] SOLVED: read pdf with IM failed

but pdf are read by IM with: /usr/bin/convert

i solved the problem with:
[im_noFramePrepended] = 1
in $TYPO3_CONF_VARS["GFX"]

now my question is: what's going on with my ImageMagick? It seems that 
mine can't handle those [0]-prefix for handling multipage pdfs. i 
wonder, since i use the woody package.
