[TYPO3-UG CH] TYPO3 Usergroup Conference already working?

Hi,

Is the registration for the Swiss Conference on the 24. January already open? With a friend of mine, 
we tried to register for the TYPO3 Usergroup Conference without success.

step 1: http://www.swiss-tug.ch/Event-Details.77.0.html?&L=4&tx_seminars_pi1[showUid]=11
step 2: We clicked on "Jetzt anmelden"
step 3: A password in necessary to continue the registration but no link is given to create this 
account.

Do we need to create an account on the "InfoAbend" page?
