Easier way would be to go to the Database Analyzer in the Install-Tool. 
With this, you could compare your current database structure against the 
TYPO3 generated list of how the structure should be (generated from each 
extension's sql file).

If this brings up missing fields/tables, you can easily create them with 
one click.
