Könnte es sein, dass du noch nicht alle Voraussetzungen für die 
EXT:seminars erfüllt hast und auf die Installation der EXT 
ameos_formidable vergessen hast? Ich glaube mich zu erinnern, dass die 
Extension sich nicht um die Abhängigkeiten kümmert.

siehe Manual:

This extension requires the following TYPO3 extensions to be installed 
beforehand:
    1. ameos_formidable 0.7.0
    2. static_info_tables (note that for TYPO3 earlier than 4.x, you can 
only use static_info_tables up to version 1.8.0)
    3. If you are using static_info_tables < 2.0.0, you also need 
sr_static_info.
