[TYPO3-UG Oesterreich] backend ausgabe der select box

hello list
frage!! mit dem select feld bekomm ich ja die daten meiner anderen  
tabelle.
die ich auch im backend auswählen kann.

1. ich will das was in der select box steht nur als text aus geben  
( im backend )
2. und dann ein inputfeld daneben haben wo ich meine werte eintragen  
kann.

wie geht das??
