hilft dir eventl. eine condition?:

[globalVar = TSFE:id = xxx]
page.includeCSS {
   file1 = {$DEFAULTPATH}/css/tipafriend.css
   file1.title = tipafriend
}
[global]

wobei 'xxx' die id der tipafriendseite ist.

die andere möglichkeit wäre das tipafriend-template mit einem <div 
id="wurscht"> zu wrappen und im haupttemplate darauf aufzubauen.
z.b.: .wurscht p {}
