- Ich denke mal an curl und PHP;
- aber curl macht nichts rekursiv, also zB. curlmirror.pl verwenden;
- und zum schluss alles via perl oder php zippen und downloaden;

No. curl itself has no code that performs recursive operations, such as
those performed by wget and similar tools.

There exist wrapper scripts with that functionality (for example the
curlmirror perl script), and you can write programs based on libcurl to do
it, but the command line tool curl itself cannot.
