[Typo3-UG Oesterreich] rte - javascript fehler

hallo liebe typo3-gemeinde, 
vielleicht kann mir wer weiterhelfen. bekomme seit neuestem einen javascript-fehler, wenn ich den rte aufrufe.

ich habe schon in diversen foren gepostet bzw. nach antworten gesucht und auch gefunden. diese waren allerdings nicht sehr hilfreich: neuinstallation des IE -> leider nicht funktioniert; berechtigungen vom IIS geändert -> leider auch nicht funktiniert; verzeichnisberechtigungen geändert -> leider nicht funktioniert; mittlerweile bin ich mit meinem latein am ende und hoffe, dass mir jemand doch noch weiterhelfen kann. 
die fehler-msg. sieht folgendermaßen aus:

Code: 0 
URL: http://localhost/typo3/typo3/ext/rte/app/rte.php?elementId=data%5Btt_content%5D....usw. 

vor einigen tagen hat dieser noch funktioniert, seit gestern leider nicht mehr. an den berechtigungen wurde vorher nichts geändert. ist also, sozusagen, von heute auf morgen so passiert.
