[TYPO3-about] How difficult / easy might this site be to recreate similar

I really like the homepage at the url above, the people at Plesk (plesk dot com) have used typo to create their site and I would like to do something similar for myself using Typo3.

Does it look relatively easy what they have done?  How much time does someone think it will take me to create a shell similar to their homepage?

I am totally new to Typo3 - just installed it.

Any thoughts very welcome
