[TYPO3-about] I cannot install typo3 please help me

I install typo3 but i meet error:Thank you for installing TYPO3

To proceed with the installation, create the file FIRST_INSTALL in your root directory. The filename is case-sensitive but the file itself can be empty.

Note: The file will be deleted once you proceed with the installation

I search google but i cann't find the answer to improve this error. I use wampserver, i create the folder name:FIRST_INSTALL.
.\wamp\www\FIRST_INSTALL. but  i cannot install typo3. Please help me!!!!
