[Tycon3] Tutorials in german?!?

Well, english is preferred, and we have to avoid complaints about TYPO3
becoming "too german".

But a german tutorial is better than no tutorial, I think. So don't put them
off immediately, ask whether they would hold them in english as well, and
as a last resort allow german. How does that sound.
