i assume that he does. just for me as information: how much respond time
does somebody have in your opinion? your post is from yesterday...

what closed doors are you referring to? we had an open q&a (which is
exactly for this purpose) and a ga and there we had a report of all
committees. the ga is announced one year in advance and the event
committee is newly "revived" so it has no established structure yet. the
report is also about this new build-up-situation in this regarding
committee and gives a time estimation when the committee is planned to
"flow". like every year all reports of all committees will be complied
in an annual report.

besides this you have e.g. this event list where we are all free to discuss.

it seems like you imply quite some assumptions.
