You gave me an idea ;) We could also organize a "Q&A auction"
session. Several core team members can stand in front of people.
People can ask questions. The first core team member, who raises the
hand, answers. Questions and answers should be short and quick. Only
one core team member can answer the question.

It should be fun :)
